I feel we need a better communication vehicle to broadcast and make known news of the awesome places and happenings throughout our beautiful state. Toward that goal, I would like to see one online site dedicated to listing, by week or month, by type and by community, family-oriented, community events, i.e.,: festivals, fairs, theater performances, fundraisers, for each and every community in Michigan which I think would help promote awareness, public attendance and tourism, bringing much needed support, funding and family enjoyment of worthwhile happenings. Also, I'd like to see one online site dedicated to advertising "Nothing But Good News" about people, places or happenings in Michigan which I think would promote positive thinking about our state and happenings and be inspiring and uplifting. I'd like to help make one or both of these ideas a reality. |
